Yongping Guoliang Agricultural By-products Co., Ltd. was founded on April 15, 2010, with a registered capital of RMB 10 million. The legal representative is Peng Jiqiang. Our business covers the production and sale of edible fungi, roasted snacks, and nut products, as well as economic forest planting. We have 38 full-time employees and more than 150 seasonal workers, including 20 management and technical staff. In 2016, we established a Party Branch and a Trade Union to strengthen our corporate governance and ensure sound and sustainable development. Our annual output value exceeds RMB 60 million.

We are committed to building a modern leading enterprise that integrates research, cultivation, processing, and sales — with a core focus on Yunnan walnuts. We own the registered trademarks "Guoliang" and "2933". The "Guoliang" brand has been recognized as a "Dali Prefecture Well-known Trademark" and a "Yunnan Famous Brand Agricultural Product". We have obtained ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management System) certifications. In 2016, we were designated as both a provincial-level "Leading Enterprise in Agricultural Industrialization" and a "Leading Enterprise in Forestry".

At the 2017 Walnut Expo, our organic walnut series earned high acclaim from experts and won the Gold Award and the Organization Award. In 2020, our affiliated cooperative was named a "National Model Cooperative", and the "Guoliang" branded organic walnut series was awarded the title of Yunnan's "Top 10 Famous Fruits" for three consecutive years. Our products were also selected as the designated sponsorship products for COP15 (the 15th meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Convention on Biological Diversity). That same year, our standardized organic planting bases spanning over 30,000 mu (approx. 2,000 hectares) in Xintian and Huaqiao villages were included in Yunnan's provincial-level "Green Food Brand" industrial base program.

In 2021, we were recognized as part of the fifth batch of "National Leading Enterprises in Forestry". In 2022, we successfully completed dual organic certification for both China and the European Union.
